Privacy Policy

AI Agentic OS is a private automation system operated by Darpan. It is used only by its operator, on the operator's own accounts. It has no other users.

Google data the application accesses

• Gmail — read messages, manage labels, create drafts and send mail, in order to summarise incoming mail and prepare replies.
• Calendar and Tasks — read and manage entries at the operator's request.
• Drive — read-only, to look up documents the operator refers to.
• Profile and email address — only to identify the connected account.

How it is used

Data is used solely to carry out tasks the operator asks for. To produce summaries and answer questions, the content being processed may be sent to third-party language-model providers acting on the operator's behalf. It is never used for advertising or profiling, never sold, and never used to train generalised AI models.

Limited Use

AI Agentic OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Withdrawing access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately invalidates the stored tokens.
